Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk Agent starting at $16/hr
Company: Hyatt
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a Front Desk Agent in Auburn Hills, MI, is generally considered on the lower end of the scale for this position. According to various salary data sources, the typical hourly wage for front desk agents in Michigan typically ranges between $14 to $20, depending on factors like experience, specific employer, and additional responsibilities. While $16/hr may be competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract seasoned candidates who might expect higher pay, especially considering the cost of living in the broader Detroit metropolitan area. Therefore, while the rate is within the acceptable range, it may lack appeal for more experienced applicants.
