Job Title: Front Desk

Company: Aimbridge Hospitality

Location: Belmont, OH

Pay: $11.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $11.50 for a Front Desk position in Belmont, OH, appears to be below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $12 to $18 per hour depending on the specific responsibilities, level of experience, and the industry. In Belmont and surrounding areas, wages may be slightly lower due to the cost of living, but this rate still seems less competitive, particularly in a post-pandemic job market where wage expectations have generally increased. Therefore, while it may be in line with some entry-level positions or smaller establishments, raising this pay rate could attract more qualified candidates and reflect better alignment with current market demands in the hospitality and customer service sectors.
