Job description:
We are looking for a personable and organized Front Desk Associate to serve as the welcoming face of our FastSigns center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service. This role is essential for creating a positive first impression and ensuring the seamless operation of front desk activities.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist all walk-in customers promptly and professionally.
– Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information about our products and services.
– Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for consultations and meetings.
– Process customer orders, payments, and invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
– Facilitate communication between clients and the FastSigns team to ensure timely responses and updates.
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance the customer experience.
– Assist in preparing sales materials and displays as needed.
– Support marketing initiatives by distributing promotional materials and sharing company updates with customers.
– Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service, administration, or a related field is advantageous.
– Previous experience in a customer-facing role or administrative position is preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
