What You’ll Do
Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities to ensure smooth operations, including answering phones, addressing customer inquiries, distributing bandaids, and maintaining an organized workspace.

  • Greet and assist families warmly and with a smile.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide assistance with sign-ups and scheduling.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and various computer tasks.
  • Collaborate as a team member while consistently bringing positive energy.
