WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our salon team. This role is centered around delivering an exceptional customer experience to all guests, promoting our membership offerings (which provide significant savings for our clients), and nurturing a positive work environment. You will concentrate on membership sales, retail sales, and client appointment scheduling. If you possess a PASSION for sales and a commitment to outstanding customer service, we would be delighted to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Shifts from 7:15 am to 1:15 pm, Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturdays as needed, or from 1:15 pm to 7:30 pm
– Drive membership and retail sales growth
– Welcome visitors and ensure an exceptional customer experience
– Book appointments both in-person and via phone
– Assist in operational tasks, including inventory management
– Maintain a clean and inviting salon environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:
– Minimum of 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Flexibility to work some weekends and evenings
– Familiarity with MindBody Software is a plus
