What You’ll Do
In this multifaceted role, you’ll be involved in various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting families with a warm smile
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
  • Supporting customers with sign-ups and scheduling
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
  • Assisting with inventory management and computer tasks
  • Contributing positively as a team player
