Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk Clerk (2) Openings
Company: Kewadin Casinos
Location: Saint Ignace, MI
Pay: $14.64 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.64 for a Front Desk Clerk position in Saint Ignace, MI, is below the national average pay for this role, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and location. In Michigan specifically, the average wage for front desk clerks hovers around $15-$16 per hour, making this offer less competitive when considering the cost of living and prevailing wage standards in the area. Furthermore, while entry-level positions may start lower, the current wage may limit the pool of potential applicants seeking fair compensation. Overall, this pay rate may hinder the attractiveness of the role in attracting qualified candidates.
