Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator – $1,500K Sign on Bonus

Company: North American Dental Group

Location: Warren, MI

Pay: $1500 per month

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $1,500 per month for a Front Desk Coordinator translates to approximately $8.65 per hour, which is significantly below the industry standards for similar roles in Warren, MI, and across the United States. Typically, Front Desk Coordinators earn between $15 to $25 per hour depending on experience, the specific industry, and the complexity of the role, with most positions offering annual salaries that reflect this range. Additionally, the mention of a “$1,500K Sign on Bonus” seems to be a typographical error or miscommunication, as it implies a $1.5 million bonus, which is not feasible for this position. Overall, the compensation offered appears uncompetitive and likely unattractive to potential applicants.
