Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator – $1,500K Sign on Bonus

Company: North American Dental Group

Location: Warren, MI

Pay: $1500 per month

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $1,500 per month translates to roughly $8.65 per hour, which is significantly below the industry standard for a Front Desk Coordinator, typically ranging from $15 to $25 per hour depending on experience and location. Given the average cost of living in Warren, MI, and typical salaries for similar roles in the region, this compensation appears non-competitive. Additionally, the $1,500K sign-on bonus is likely a misprint or misunderstanding, as it would be an unusually high incentive that doesn’t align with typical bonus structures. Overall, the offered salary does not adequately reflect the skills and responsibilities expected from a Front Desk Coordinator in this area.
