AI Pay Analysis: To determine whether the hourly rate for a “Front Desk Coordinator” in West Bloomfield, MI, along with a $500 sign-on bonus, is competitive, we should consider regional salary data and industry benchmarks for similar roles. Typically, front desk coordinators in Michigan earn between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and the specific employer. If the offered hourly rate falls within or slightly above this range, it would be considered competitive, particularly with the added incentive of a sign-on bonus, which can attract candidates. However, if the offered rate is significantly lower than this range, it may not align with industry standards, potentially making it less attractive to job seekers in that area.
