Overview:
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for every individual who visits our practice. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the job experience, allowing you to leverage your unique skills and dental knowledge to practice group dentistry while ensuring patient satisfaction at each visit. Compensation for this position ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
Key Skills for Making a Great “Impression” on Our Team
– Demonstrate reliability and expertise in managing financial information, conducting insurance verification, and preparing end-of-day reports, ensuring our patients are worry-free.
– Perform administrative tasks such as sorting, distributing mail, scanning, and photocopying. Also, manage phone inquiries, greet visitors and patients, and schedule, verify, and confirm patient appointments.
– Articulate procedures and/or services to patients utilizing your dental knowledge.
– Present financial policies and arrangements, collect co-payments, and verify insurance coverage as necessary.
– Monitor appointments to account for no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.

Qualifications:

– 1-5 years of experience in customer service, insurance, or dental settings is preferred.
