As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will contribute to a transformative dental experience that prioritizes exceptional patient care with empathy at its core. Smiling from Open to Close (Pay Rate: $15.00 – $16.00 per Hour)
Monday through Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Friday: 8 AM – 1 PM

Responsibilities:
To make a remarkable “impression” on our team, you will be expected to:
– Demonstrate dependability and attention to detail in managing financial information, conducting insurance verifications, and preparing end-of-day reports, thereby alleviating patient concerns.
– Carry out clerical tasks such as sorting, opening, and distributing mail, along with scanning and photocopying documents. Answer phone inquiries courteously, greet visitors and patients, and efficiently schedule, verify, and confirm patient appointments.
– Communicate procedures and services to patients with clarity, utilizing your dental knowledge.
– Present financial policies and payment arrangements to patients, collect co-payments, and verify insurance coverage as needed.
– Monitor appointments, tracking no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
– A High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
– 1-5 years of experience in customer service, insurance, or dental environments is preferred.
– Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office programs, with the ability to learn new technologies as necessary.
