Front Desk Coordinator

Smiling from Open to Close (Pay Rate: $15.00-16.00 per Hour)
Monday through Thursday: 8 am – 5 pm
Friday: 8 am – 1 pm
Responsibilities:
Skills Required to Make a Great “Impression” on Our Team
– Dependable and detail-oriented, ensuring quality control when managing financial information, conducting insurance verifications, and preparing daily reports, all while keeping our patients worry-free.
– Execute clerical tasks including sorting, opening, and distributing mail, scanning, and photocopying. Handle phone calls, providing information to callers; greet visitors and patients; schedule, verify, and confirm patient appointments.
– Articulate procedures and services to patients utilizing dental knowledge.
– Present financial policies and arrangements to patients, collect co-payments, and verify insurance coverage when appropriate.
– Monitor appointments to account for no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.
Qualifications:
