AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the competitiveness of the hourly rate for a “Front Desk Coordinator” position in East Lansing, MI, we need to consider several factors such as local cost of living, industry standards, and typical salaries for similar roles. As of my last update, the average hourly wage for a Front Desk Coordinator in Michigan typically ranged from $15 to $20, depending on experience and qualifications. Given that East Lansing is home to a major university, it may have a slight variation due to the demand for administrative roles in educational institutions. Therefore, if the offered hourly rate falls within this range or higher, it would be considered competitive; however, anything significantly below this range may not align well with industry standards or attract qualified candidates. An analysis of current job postings and salary surveys in the area would provide a clearer picture to determine if the rate is indeed competitive.
