Smiling from Open to Close (Pay Rate $16.00 per hour)
Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
To contribute effectively to our team, you should exhibit the following essential skills:
– Dependability and attention to detail are crucial when managing financial information, executing insurance verifications, and preparing end-of-day reports, always ensuring our patients remain worry-free.
– Perform clerical tasks such as sorting, opening, and distributing mail, as well as scanning and photocopying documents. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting visitors and patients, and scheduling, verifying, and confirming patient appointments.
– Articulate procedures and services to patients using your dental knowledge.
– Present financial policies and arrangements to patients, collecting co-payments and verifying insurance coverage when appropriate.
– Monitor appointments and manage no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals effectively.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
– High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
– 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience is preferred.
– Familiarity with dental software and Microsoft Office programs, along with a willingness to learn new software as necessary.
