Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8 AM – 4 PM

Responsibilities:
To make a powerful “impression” on our team, you should possess the following skills:
– Dependability and proficiency in managing financial information, conducting insurance verifications, and preparing end-of-day reports, ensuring our patients remain stress-free.
– Perform clerical tasks such as sorting, distributing mail, scanning, and photocopying. Respond to phone inquiries, provide information, greet visitors/patients, and schedule, verify, and confirm patient appointments.
– Explain procedures and services to patients with clarity, utilizing your dental knowledge.
– Present financial policies and facilitate arrangements, including collecting co-payments and verifying insurance coverage as needed.
– Track appointment statuses related to no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.

Qualifications:
What do you need to successfully “fill” this role?
– High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
– 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
– Familiarity with dental software and Microsoft Office programs, along with the ability to learn new software as necessary.
