Job Title: Front Desk/Host

Company: Dave & Buster’s

Location: Niles, OH

Pay: $10.45 – 12 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $10.45 to $12 for a Front Desk/Host position in Niles, OH appears to be below the national average. As of 2023, typical hourly wages for similar roles in the hospitality and service industry generally range from $12 to $18, depending on experience, specific duties, and local cost of living. Considering Ohio’s average minimum wage and the demand for customer service roles, this pay range may not be competitive, especially for candidates seeking positions with better compensation or opportunities for career growth. Overall, the offered pay could be seen as a limiting factor in attracting qualified individuals in a competitive job market.
