YOUR IMPACT

Your typical schedule will be as follows:

• Monday and Wednesday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

As a vital member of our administrative team, you will play an essential role in our continued success and growth. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with their needs, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and organizing medical records. You will also manage our virtual front desk, ensuring our schedule and patient files remain current. Beyond exceptional customer service, you will demonstrate strong leadership by effectively managing your team, delegating tasks, and upholding high-quality standards.
