Job description:
ProSmile is seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. This role will report directly to the Office Manager and is essential in maintaining the high standards of patient care and satisfaction for which we are known. As the first point of contact for our patients, the ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor and a proactive approach to addressing patient needs efficiently and effectively.
Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and attentive experience.
- Efficiently manage patient flow and financial activities, including scheduling appointments, processing patient documentation, and handling payments and insurance information.
- Maintain the reception area in an orderly manner, ensuring adequate inventory of office supplies and patient literature.
- Complete miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in Spanish is required.
- High School diploma or GED is essential.
- A professional and compassionate attitude towards patient care.
- Strong commitment to ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
