As an experienced Front Desk Representative, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment at Goldfish Swim School, a rapidly growing and award-winning swim school franchise. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team on Saturdays and during the evening. Our evening shifts begin at 3:30 PM and conclude at 7:30 PM on Monday and Wednesday, or at 8:30 PM on Tuesday and Thursday. The Saturday shift runs from 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM. Additionally, there are opportunities to earn extra income by assisting with birthday parties and events, with some shifts requiring a start time of approximately 12:00 PM on open swim and birthday party dates, extending until 7:15 PM.

Summary:
The Front Desk Representative is responsible for promoting high-quality customer service and processing sales and registration transactions. Serving as the initial point of contact for prospective and current customers, this role is critical in fostering a positive image for our company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone inquiries, respond to requests, take messages, and manage calls in a professional manner.
- Process student registrations using effective sales and customer service techniques.
- Address customer concerns with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Greet parents and students as they arrive at the front desk.
- Maintain cleanliness in the front desk area, Snack Shack, changing areas, restrooms, and observation areas.
- Monitor voicemail and email communications, responding promptly.
- Update informational displays with current promotions and literature.
- Contact customers to resolve outstanding account issues.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents; administer first aid when necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the employer.
Education/Experience:
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, and other software systems.
Certifications and Licenses:
CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are strongly preferred.
Work Environment:
The work environment may expose employees to occasional heat and humidity, with a generally moderate noise level.
