Part-Time Front Desk Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Front Desk Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our members, guests, and program participants while ensuring a safe environment for all.

Available Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 10 AM – 5 PM
  • Monday – Thursday: 4 PM – 8 PM
  • Saturday: 6:30 AM – 1 PM
  • Approximately 15-25 hours per week

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, phone, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A friendly, engaging, and adaptable individual
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate

Responsibilities:

  • Address member and guest inquiries to enhance member retention
  • Promote memberships and programs to potential and current members
  • Foster relationships with members, facilitating connections within the community and the YMCA
  • Monitor the premises to ensure the safety of members and to enhance member relations

Rate of Pay:

  • $11.35 per hour (commensurate with experience)
