Duties and Responsibilities:
– Provide premier service to guests at all times, anticipating and exceeding their expectations while embodying the mission and brand principles of Goldfish Swim School.
– Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, take messages, and direct calls professionally.
– Process student registrations utilizing effective sales and customer service techniques.
– Schedule and manage birthday parties and pool events.
– Address customer concerns and complaints with a professional demeanor.
– Assist clients with purchases of merchandise and refreshments.
– Greet parents and students at the front desk warmly.
– Check in students using the attendance tracking system accurately.
– Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk, snack area, changing areas, restrooms, and observation areas.
– Oversee the snack area and provide guidance to staff.
– Check voicemail and email correspondence, responding promptly.
– Update informational displays with accurate and timely promotions and literature.

– Prepare student lesson schedules for instructors and management twice daily.

Certificates and Licenses: CPR, First Aid, and AED certification are preferred.
