Job Title: Front Desk / Security – 3rd shift

Company: Life Care Services

Location: Holland, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for a “Front Desk / Security – 3rd shift” role in Holland, MI, is somewhat competitive but may be on the lower end of the scale, depending on specific job responsibilities and local market conditions. Generally, security positions can range from $14 to $20 per hour in similar areas, with factors such as experience, certifications, and the nature of the workplace influencing the pay. While $16 may be acceptable for entry-level positions, candidates with more experience or specialized skills might expect higher compensation. Additionally, considering the cost of living in Holland, MI, this rate could be less attractive for attracting skilled candidates for third-shift roles, which often demand higher wages due to the less desirable working hours.
