Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk / Security
Company: Life Care Services
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a “Front Desk / Security” role in Holland, MI, appears to be somewhat below the industry standard. While wages can vary based on experience, specific responsibilities, and the company’s budget, entry-level positions in this field generally range from $15 to $20 per hour in Michigan, with more experienced roles commanding higher rates. Additionally, factors such as the local cost of living and the specific duties involved (like additional security training or certifications) can influence pay levels. Overall, while $16/hour may be acceptable for entry-level work, it may not attract more experienced candidates seeking competitive compensation in the region.
