Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor
Company: Aimbridge Hospitality
Location: Battle Creek, MI
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $17 for a Front Desk Supervisor in Battle Creek, MI, is slightly below the competitive range for this role. According to data from various job market sources, the typical hourly wage for similar positions in the area generally falls between $18 to $25, depending on factors such as experience, specific employer, and benefits offered. While $17 may be sufficient for entry-level positions or smaller establishments, it may not attract seasoned supervisors or individuals seeking long-term career growth. Therefore, this rate may limit the talent pool and affect staff retention in a competitive labor market.
