Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

Company: Aimbridge Hospitality

Location: Battle Creek, MI

Pay: $17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 for a Front Desk Supervisor in Battle Creek, MI appears to be below the competitive range for this role, particularly given trends in the hospitality sector and local cost of living. According to various salary sources, the average pay for front desk supervisors typically ranges from $20 to $25 per hour in similar regions. Additionally, factors such as the responsibilities of supervision, customer service expectations, and potential experience requirements further suggest that a higher hourly rate would be more aligned with industry standards. Therefore, the $17 per hour rate may be less attractive to potential candidates and could pose challenges in recruitment and retention.
