AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a “Front Desk/Surgery Scheduler FT” in Novi, MI, it’s important to consider the typical salary range for similar roles within the healthcare administrative field. As of my last data update in October 2023, the average hourly rate for a front desk medical receptionist or surgery scheduler typically ranges from $15 to $25, depending on experience, specific duties, and the employing organization. In Novi, MI, which has a relatively higher cost of living and competitive job market, rates leaning towards the upper end of this spectrum would be considered competitive.
