Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk/Swim Instructor
Company: Goldfish Swim School
Location: North Canton, OH
Pay: $13 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $13 for a Front Desk/Swim Instructor role in North Canton, OH, is generally considered below the competitive range for similar positions. According to data from various job market sources, swim instructors typically earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and certification levels, while front desk roles in fitness or recreational centers also often start around $12 to $15 at a minimum. Given the responsibilities of managing a front desk and providing swim instruction, the rate of $13 may not adequately reflect the skills and customer service required, potentially making it less attractive to prospective candidates in the area.
