  • Experience with POS systems
  • Barista skills
  • Ability to frequently lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs
  • Strong proficiency in basic math (including fractions)
  • Capability to read, follow instructions, and solve problems efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills

High school education or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred!DAY-TO-DAYAs the Front of House Bakery Manager, you’ll work Thursday through Sunday, with shifts typically running from 9 AM to 5 PM. This full-time schedule ensures you’ll have a consistent routine while being part of the weekend energy that makes our bakery a local favorite.In this restaurant role, your day will be filled with a mix of customer interactions and behind-the-scenes bakery magic. You’ll start by ensuring the bakery is clean, organized, and stocked with fresh, high-quality goods. You’ll promote sales by helping customers select from our wide variety of baked treats, using your knowledge of the products to offer suggestions and answer any questions. Throughout the day, you’ll operate the cash register, help with packaging and pricing, and assist our chefs and cooks by restocking items and maintaining par levels in the pastry kitchen.
