Job Description
Job Title: Front of the House Manager – Big E’s EBL
Company: Suburban Inns
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $48000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary of $48,000 for a “Front of the House Manager” at Big E’s EBL in Grand Rapids, MI, translates to an hourly rate of approximately $23.08, which may be considered somewhat lower than the industry standard for similar managerial roles in the food and hospitality sector in that region. Typically, front-of-house managers in urban areas like Grand Rapids earn between $40,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on the establishment’s size and or complexity, with larger or more upscale venues often offering higher compensation. While this salary can be competitive for smaller or less busy establishments, it may be less appealing for skilled candidates with experience or those who would expect to earn more in similar positions elsewhere. Overall, while this rate could be acceptable in specific contexts, it may hinder attracting top talent in a competitive job market.
