Company: Suburban Inns

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $48000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate for a Front of the House Manager earning $48,000 per year translates to approximately $23.08 per hour. In Grand Rapids, MI, this rate is somewhat below average for similar managerial positions in the hospitality and food service industry, where hourly rates typically range from $25 to $35 depending on the establishment’s size and location. Given the responsibilities associated with a Front of the House Manager, including staff management, customer service oversight, and operational duties, this compensation may not be considered competitive.
