THE JOB:
As a Bell Person (Hotel Front Service Attendant), your primary responsibility will be to enhance guest experiences by assisting with their hotel accommodations, including handling luggage and personal belongings. By understanding the unique stories and needs of our guests, you will create memorable moments that they will cherish long after their stay.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Assist guests with the collection, transportation, delivery, and storage of their luggage and personal items.
- Interact warmly and assist guests and hotel staff in a professional manner.
- Maintain a positive attitude, showcasing an outgoing personality and professional appearance.
- Deliver a high level of guest service to all patrons and colleagues, aligned with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes, to create defining moments at every opportunity.
- Facilitate group deliveries, baggage handling, and various amenities.
- Orient guests to their rooms and the property.
- Complete necessary documentation, tickets, and other bell-related forms.
- Make and receive phone calls to request information, services, and deliveries.
THE STARTING PAY: $15.91
