Location: Canton, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “FT Caregiver/MedTech” role in Canton, MI, is generally considered below the average industry standard. As of October 2023, the typical hourly wage for caregivers and medical technicians in Michigan ranges from $17 to $22, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, factors such as local cost of living, demand for healthcare workers, and specific benefits offered can influence competitiveness. Therefore, $15 per hour may not attract qualified candidates in a tight labor market, suggesting that employers may need to increase compensation to remain competitive.
