Job Description
Job Title: FT Caregiver/MedTech
Company: Kingsley Senior Living
Location: Canton, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly wage of $15 for a “FT Caregiver/MedTech” role in Canton, MI, is on the lower end of the pay scale for similar positions in the healthcare and caregiving sector. Typically, caregiver wages in Michigan range from approximately $12 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, location, and specific duties, with MedTech roles occasionally offering higher compensation due to additional responsibilities and qualifications. Given the rising demand for caregiving services and the increasing cost of living, $15 per hour may not be competitive enough to attract and retain qualified candidates, particularly in a region that may have higher living expenses.
