AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a “FT, Lead Barista” in Gaylord, MI, we would need specific figures for the wage offered. However, generally, lead baristas in Michigan typically earn between $12 to $18 per hour, with factors like experience level, establishment type, and local cost of living influencing this range. In Gaylord, where wages may be lower due to the smaller market size, a competitive hourly rate would ideally align toward the middle or higher end of this range, especially for a lead position that involves more responsibilities and skills. If the offered rate falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive and aligned with industry standards; if it falls below, it may need to be reassessed to attract qualified candidates.
