As a Full-Time/Part-Time Member Services Representative, your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to, the following:

Customer Service/Front Desk Activities:
– Warmly greet members and guests, ensuring exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment.
– Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, assisting callers with a variety of inquiries.
– Manage member check-ins, conduct tours for prospective members, facilitate sign-ups, and log amenities while keeping members informed about updates and events.
– Address member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
– Process beverage and/or merchandise transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
– Assist with new memberships, address changes, and billing or payment inquiries through the POS system.

Club Cleanliness and Maintenance:
– Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area and lobby, going above and beyond to uphold high standards.
– Perform regular facility cleaning, including mopping spills, removing trash, cleaning windows and mirrors, and re-racking weights.
– Ensure daily equipment cleaning according to assigned tasks.
– Conduct regular cleaning and restocking of restrooms and wet areas.

Qualifications:
– A minimum of 6-12 months of customer service experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
– Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
– Proficiency in computer skills with a focus on accuracy is essential.
– Punctuality and reliability are crucial for this role.
– Exceptional customer service abilities, with a demonstrated capability to interact positively and professionally with both members and colleagues, exceeding expectations.

Physical Demands/Requirements:
– Continuous standing and/or walking throughout the shift.
