Primary Responsibilities of the CAREGiver include, but are not limited to:
- Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
- Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and incontinence care
- Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offering medication and appointment reminders
- Providing transportation as needed
- Delivering specialized Alzheimer’s care
CAREGiver Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- A commitment to treating seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Effective communication skills with clients in a friendly manner
- Successful completion of a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage
- Full adherence to company policies, including timely submission of all required certifications and documents
- Willingness to travel within Holland and the surrounding areas
- Completion of all mandatory training and education
- Punctuality for all shifts, including accurate clocking in/out and completion of necessary prompts
