Job description:

The Center Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all retail clients by efficiently receiving and processing packages for courier shipment, as well as operating various equipment including copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale systems. This role requires the Associate to offer expert guidance to customers by delivering accurate information regarding our comprehensive range of products and services, while confidently sharing insights on the best-value options available in the market.

The ideal candidate will possess prior retail sales experience, demonstrate strong computer and internet proficiency, and hold a high school diploma or GED. A friendly and customer-centric demeanor, combined with a polished professional appearance, is essential. COMPENSATION

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
