Job Title: Full Time Medical Assistant

Company: Saint Clair Allergy and Asthma Center, PLLC

Location: Saint Clair Shores, MI

Pay: $16 – 19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $19 for a Full-Time Medical Assistant in Saint Clair Shores, MI, appears to be somewhat below the national average for this role, which generally ranges from $18 to $25 per hour depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. In Michigan, the median hourly wage for Medical Assistants is typically around the $18 mark, with some variations based on local demand and cost of living. Given that Saint Clair Shores is a suburban area, the offered pay may not be highly competitive compared to urban centers or specialized medical facilities, which often provide higher compensation packages. Therefore, while the rate might attract some entry-level candidates, it may struggle to retain experienced professionals seeking better salaries.
