Job Description
Job Title: Full Time Merchandise Coordinator
Company: HomeGoods
Location: Troy, MI
Pay: $13 – 13.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 – $13.50 for a Full Time Merchandise Coordinator in Troy, MI, appears to be below the competitive average for similar roles in that region. As of 2023, merchandise coordinators generally earn between $15 and $25 per hour depending on experience, responsibilities, and the specific industry sector. Given the cost of living in the Troy area and the demands of the role, which often includes inventory management, merchandising strategy, and collaboration with sales teams, this pay range may not attract qualified candidates and could result in higher turnover rates. Overall, the offered rate may not align with industry standards, suggesting a need for adjustment to remain competitive in the job market.
