Job Title: Full Time Merchandise Coordinator

Company: TJX Companies

Location: Mount Pleasant, MI

Pay: $13 – 13.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $13 to $13.50 for a Full Time Merchandise Coordinator in Mount Pleasant, MI, is generally considered low compared to industry standards. As of 2023, the average salary for merchandise coordinators typically ranges between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and the specific demands of the role. Additionally, rates in larger markets or with larger companies may be higher due to greater competition for talent. Given the cost of living in Michigan and the responsibilities typically associated with merchandise coordination, this pay range may not effectively attract qualified candidates, making it less competitive within the market.
