Job Title: Full-time Operations Specialists

Company: Shelter Association of Washtenaw County

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay: $18.5 – 19.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18.50 to $19.50 for a Full-time Operations Specialist in Ann Arbor, MI, is somewhat below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience and industry. While the cost of living in Ann Arbor is relatively moderate compared to larger metropolitan areas, this rate may not adequately reflect the skills and responsibilities required for operations specialists, whose roles often demand strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Therefore, while the pay might appeal to entry-level candidates, it may be considered non-competitive for more experienced professionals or those seeking equitable compensation in the industry.
