Job Description Summary:
This role is essential in exceeding sales and operational targets, delivering an extraordinary customer experience through the La-Z-Boy selling process, and championing our in-home design program. Training Pay: $15 – $20 per hour for the initial 3-4 weeks (excluding commission or bonuses)

Pay Structure:

- Meet or exceed store and individual sales goals, including annual operational benchmarks and personal objectives.

What You Can Expect:
