AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for a Full-Time School Custodian in Detroit, MI, I would need the specific hourly rate that you are referring to. However, in general, the hourly wage for custodians can vary based on experience, district budgets, and the cost of living in the area. As of my last update, the average hourly wage for custodians in Detroit typically ranged from about $12 to $18. To determine if a specific rate is competitive, it should be compared to this range, considering local economic factors and benefits offered. If the rate falls within or above this range, it is likely competitive; if it is lower, it may not be aligned with industry standards.
