Job description:

As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising and stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an inviting shopping environment. Your contributions will enhance the customer experience, as you work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Wage Increases: Year 2 – $18.00 | Year 3 – $18.50 | Year 4 – $18.50 | Year 5 – $19.50

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, and stock shelves and merchandise displays in an organized manner.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving and to lift products weighing up to 45 pounds to various heights.

Qualifications:
