In this pivotal role, you will oversee both Food and Environmental Services (EVS) operations, with a commitment to commute 1-2 days a week to Gladwin, MI. Our Sodexo Health Care Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams implement and manage innovative housekeeping solutions at healthcare facilities, ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective communication with hospital staff. What You’ll Do:
– Drive client and patient satisfaction scores.
– Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff while collaborating closely with the Infection Control department.

What You Bring:
– Proven leadership experience in developing and motivating teams to exceed client and customer expectations in service and technical execution of housekeeping protocols.
– Expertise in building and maintaining robust customer/client relationships.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently, ensuring program compliance and adherence to project timelines.
– 3-5 years of experience in custodial or housekeeping management, preferably within a hospital setting.
