Our Health Care Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams are dedicated to overseeing housekeeping operations at health care facilities, collaborating with clients to deliver innovative solutions. These teams are crucial in enhancing client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service through effective communication with all hospital staff and diligently following through on action items that influence both client and patient experiences. What You’ll Do:
– Drive client and patient satisfaction scores.
– Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, working closely with the Infection Control department.
– Lead teams while managing departmental projects and initiatives.
– Effectively oversee the Unit Operating System.

What You Bring:
– A proven track record in leadership, enhancing team performance to exceed client and customer expectations in service and technical execution of housekeeping.
– Expertise in establishing and maintaining robust customer/client relationships.
– Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to work independently to ensure program compliance and meet project deadlines.
– 3-5 years of custodial or housekeeping director-level experience, preferably within a hospital environment.
– Proficient in data analysis and effective communication across all organizational levels related to training, committee leadership, and change management.
– Experience in managing projects within designated timelines.
– Proficiency in computer systems and related technology.
– Background in vendor and contract management, as well as union and contract negotiations.
– Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
