We are currently seeking a General Manager 3 – Environmental Services / Custodial for Lima Memorial Hospital located in Lima, OH. Our Sodexo Health Care Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams are dedicated to directing housekeeping operations within health care client facilities, collaborating to implement innovative solutions. This role emphasizes driving client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and establishing effective communication with all levels of hospital staff. What You’ll Do
– Drive client and patient satisfaction scores.
– Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, in close collaboration with the Infection Control department.
– Lead teams and oversee departmental projects and initiatives.
– Effectively manage the Unit Operating System.

What You Bring
– Proven leadership experience in developing and motivating teams to exceed client and customer expectations in service and technical execution of a housekeeping system.
– Expertise in building and maintaining strong customer/client relationships.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently, ensuring program compliance and meeting project deadlines.
– 3-5 years of previous experience as a custodial or housekeeping director, preferably in a hospital environment.
– Ability to analyze data and effectively communicate all levels within the organization regarding training, committee leadership, and change management.
– Experience managing projects within specified timelines.
– Proficiency with computers and technology.
– Background in vendor and contract management, as well as union and contract negotiations.
– Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
