Location: Grove City, OH

Pay: $60000 – 70000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 for a General Manager in Grove City, OH, translates to an hourly rate of approximately $28.85 to $33.65, which is generally considered competitive for the Midwest region, particularly for smaller organizations or industries with lower revenue potential. According to national data, General Managers typically earn between $80,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on the size and type of the company, the complexity of the role, and the experience required. While this salary range may be on the lower end compared to larger urban areas or high-demand industries, it reflects the cost of living in Columbus and surrounding areas. Overall, while the offered rate is competitive for the local market, it may be below average for the broader industry standard, especially for experienced candidates.
