As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee all operations during your shift, encompassing cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. You will be expected to lead by example, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures while instilling the same commitment in your team.

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members

  • Operate all equipment efficiently.
  • Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and workspaces.
  • Prepare food products according to company standards.
  • Process customer orders via telephone and in-person interactions.
  • Conduct inventory checks and manage associated documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and store facilities.

Essential Functions/Skills
